As some of you will see, I've just hopped into the phone booth and changed my blog name from criticc.com to extremecritic.com. This subtle transformation was brought about by her indoors thinking the former was nowhere near as good as the latter as far as projecting what this site is supposed to be about! So, just to repeat, this blog will be my virtual appendage for spleen-venting about all that is wrong (and occasionally right) about television and print media - mainly focussing on current affairs, news, and the occasional TV programme. Please feel free to criticise my critiques via the comments forum. More than happy to take a few hits - robust cyber debate never hurt anyone, it just caused a few insurance claims on keyboards and computer screens. Special thanks to Charles at Orble for indulging me (and vicariously, my wife) with the change.
