Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles: The Mousetrap

September 23rd 2008 04:27

This was an okay episode, in my opinion. We get a lot of cool things that happen, but it seemed to lack the intensity of the last few episodes. We get to see more of Riley and I am getting very interested in her character, she is not just some girl John met at school.

One thing that I didn't see coming was the twist that Cromartie had set the trap to separate them from John, not to bring John to him. That was very well done, I thought.

I'm really liking the progression of, not only the main plot, but the sub-plots as well. Agent Ellison is invited to meet with Catherine Weaver and she tries to recruit him for a special job. We all know who Weaver really is, so what is her objective here? I hope they can tie this in with the main story line well.

I also wonder what the show has in store for Charlie now. They are amassing quite a few people in the gang now. People are going to start dieing.

All in all, not the most exciting episode, but it has it's place because it's a turning point with a couple story lines.
