Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles 2nd season premier

The 2nd season premier picks up where the 1st season finale left off and we get a really nice slow motion intro set to music. I thought the intro was very creative but it went on too long and left you wanting the action to get back to full speed.
This was the biggest episode they have done so far. There were great stunts and some of the best action on TV right now. There were some nice twists as well that I'll talk about a little later.
Right now I want to talk about some of the characters. Specifically about Shirley Manson who play a new character named Catherine Weaver. This is her first ever on screen role and she does a great job. It's a terrific new role the creative team has added to the show and by the end of the episode you know she is a very significant addition to the show and story. We also get some great character development for Agent James Ellison played by Richard T. Jones. I am excited to see what direction they take his character. We also see John Connor undergo a tremendous transformation by the end of the episode that will set the stage for further character development from him.
There were some great twist as well which I won't ruin here, but I will say they work great to further the intensity of the plot. If you're a sci-fi fan and you don't watch this show you might want to consider it. The creators have put together a well crafted story and there is not a single wasted moment. Everything that happens on the show serves to further the stories progress.
